  • ARRIVAL SERVICES

    Mastercard cardholder(s) are assisted through the airport and with all aspects of their arrival process, from the plane to their car/driver. Arrival experience includes:

    1. Met at the end of the jet bridge/arrivals gate (for Airside Meet and Greet services) or in the arrivals hall (for landside confirmed services) by their concierge greeter who will be holding pre-arranged signage for easy identification.
    2. Assisted with any Visas or other documentation
    3. Assisted and escorted through “fast track” immigration (subject to airport availability)
    4. Escorted to their chosen means of transportation in the Terminal or curb-side

    Please note that all services can be tailored per the cardholder’s request.

    DEPARTURE SERVICES

    Mastercard cardholders are assisted through the airport with all aspects of their departure service, from the moment they arrive at the airport until the flight is airborne. Departure experience includes:

    1. Met curb-side by a concierge greeter (if you wish to have baggage assistance included this is available as an add-on during your booking process)
    2. Escorted to Airline Desk for check-in (Pre-check in service, subject to airline, with preferred seats arranged)
    3. Expedited though all check-in and security processes (subject to airport availability)
    4. Escorted to the aircraft gate

    Please note that all services can be tailored per the cardholder’s request.

    CONNECTING FLIGHT SERVICES

    Mastercard cardholders are assisted with all aspects of their transit service - from the moment they land from one flight until the time they are airborne on the next. Connecting flight experience includes:

    1. Met at the end of the jet bridge/arrivals gate (for Airside Meet and Greet services) or in the arrivals hall (for landside confirmed services) by their concierge greeter who will be holding pre-arranged signage for easy identification.
    2. Assisted with any inter-terminal airside transfers/needs
    3. Escorted to the departure gate

    Please note that all services can be tailored per the cardholder’s request.

  • Mastercard Airport Concierge™ can arrange both Executive Cars and Multi-Purpose Vehicles to and from city centers within a 25 mile radius via our booking platform. Alternatively, for all Limousine Services and to request a particular car please contact us.

  • Mastercard Airport Concierge™ can arrange for access to a lounge for the cardholder to relax in while they wait for their flight. This service can be booked online using the agent tool booking platform.

  • Mastercard Airport Concierge™ can arrange for baggage porters to gather luggage either from the curbside to check-in or from baggage reclaim to your vehicle. This service can be booked online using the agent tool booking platform and is only available as an add-on to our Meet and Assist services.

  • Flying in on business and require a room to hold a meeting in? Whatever your room size and equipment requirements, we can arrange a room that suits your needs. Just let our team know.

  • Should you find yourself in need of a hotel room for the night before an early flight out the next day, we can arrange accommodation in quality airport hotels for you. Let us know your requirements and we will provide you with a tailor made solution. For hotel booking enquiries please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Should assistance be needed finding a particular type of shop, or should the cardholder want something purchased while waiting in a lounge, this can be arranged with the exclusive personal shopper service. Reach out to our team to arrange this service.

  • From surprise gifts to urgent ones, we can arrange for a number of items including but not limited to flowers and chocolates. For a bouquet of flowers, this can be booked online using the agent tool booking platform. For all other gift service requests, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Urgent papers to send before flying? Arrange an airport courier service to ensure that items arrive at their appropriate destination both promptly and safely.

  • If you have a brand that you want to create visibility for within a specific airport for a special event then we can help you to arrange this. From branded check-in desks to dedicated concierge greeters greeting customers under your brand name we can investigate all of the avenues open to you depending on location.   • Please note that due to airport and airline regulations GAC is unable to book you a wheelchair or special assistance, so we kindly ask you to book these directly with your airline. However if you would like a greeter to assist you through the terminal, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • If you would like a particular seat on the aircraft let our concierge greeters assist you in getting this arranged at the check-in desk.

  • We can arrange for your car to be parked in a secure car park until you return. Contact our team for more details.

  • We can arrange inter-terminal airside private transfers and tarmac transfers from the aircraft to the arrivals terminal. This service is only available at select airports. Reach out to our team to find out more.

  • Be whisked through the terminal by your very own electric buggy, whether you’re arriving, departing or transiting. This service is only available as an add-on to Meet and Assist services and is subject to airport availability. If you wish to add the service to your booking kindly note down this information in the Special Requests area of your booking. Fees may apply.

  • If you would like us to move your car while you are away from the short term car park to the long term car park or vice versa, we can arrange this at select airports. Contact our team for more information.

  • Whether you’re departing and would like your luggage taken prior to your arrival at the airport or you’re arriving and don’t have the time to wait for your luggage, we can organize a premium baggage collection/delivery service. Reach out to our team to find out more.

  • If you are about to go to a hot location and would rather not carry your large winter overcoat with you, leave it with your concierge greeter and on your return our airport agent will be waiting for you as you step off the airbridge with your coat. This service is only available at select airports as an add-on to your Meet and Assist service. Reach out to our team for more information.

  • If your child is traveling on their own and for extra peace of mind you can book a concierge greeter to help assist them through the airport. Reach out to our team for more information.

  • We now extended our services to major international rail stations including Eurostar in St. Pancras and Gare Du Nord. Our Global Airport Concierge representative will be able to provide a VIP meet and assist on arrival or departure of the train.
